Individual Counseling sessions are 50 minutes long and available in person or via telehealth.
Extended 90-minute sessions are available for an additional fee.

I also offer “walk & talk” sessions to incorporate movement and the ability to be outside! If you are interested in this option, I will provide the additional consent forms for your review and signature.
Rewilding provides outpatient counseling services, by appointment.
I am not available on demand, and Rewilding is not a crisis service. If you are in need of immediate assistance or experiencing a mental health crisis, please call 911, utilize the 988 crisis line, or go to the nearest emergency room.
